Founded by a photographer for photographers. Our all natural light 1000 sq ft industrial loft is nestled in the heart of downtown Fortville on Main Street. Our mission is to provide photography related services to other industry professionals.

Loft 18 is an Indianapolis photography studio available for rent. We offer daily rentals and we also offer hourly rentals to local Indianapolis photographers and business professionals. We hope you will love our all natural light studio for rent and we look forward to hosting your next photography project.
Styled Shoots
Whether you’re a new photographer looking to expand your portfolio or a seasoned pro who is looking to shoot something outside of the box, a styled photo shoot can be a great way to get those creative juices flowing and join forces with other creatives for a fun filled day.
Equipment
Use our wide array of seamless paper backdrops. We also have backdrop stands available for use plus an 8′ rolling/moveable backdrop wall which changes colors seasonally. Email us today to find out the current color!
Furniture
We offer many eclectic and modern pieces of furniture at the loft. You can use anything from a channel tufted sofa, several different “bohemian-style” chairs and a handful of petite and ornate chairs. From apple boxes, to stools and crates-we’re certain you’ll love our inventory.

As a professional photographer, Katherine Scheele understands the challenges of operating a successful photography business.
Katherine created the Loft with other photographers in mind. She is committed to supporting her peers in the photography community and as the founder of The Loft she is excited to meet other industry professionals.
