• You can reserve your studio time by contacting us through email or by booking directly online.
• Please factor into your booking whether you will need extra time to set up and take down any sets or backdrops etc.
• Booking additional time on the day of your booking may be possible. If the time slots after yours are available, text/email us and you’ll be able to purchase additional hours as needed.
• The studio has a capacity limit. Please be sure to let us know how many people will be present for your booking.

• We will review the studio at the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place, and all garbage must be placed into the garbage can.
• If the studio is left untidy at the end of the booking, there will be a $25 reset/cleaning fee added to your booking.
• Please do not step on the furniture in shoes. You may bring indoor shoes or we do provide you with shoe covers when entering the studio. 
• If you need to move any of our furniture pieces, please use felt coasters provided inside studio. (Pushing or shoving without furniture sliders can damage the floors and furniture legs as well.) If you need help, please ask staff ahead of your booking. Furniture damage (including leg damage) will incur a fee of up to $300. Floor damage and deep scratches will incur a fee of up to $500.
• Any damages to our props or backdrops will incur a fee equal to the replacement cost of that item.
• No food, drink, open flame, dry ice, sparklers, confetti, glitter or smoke machines are allowed at the studio. 

• Natural lighting in the studio is best between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
• At this time we have a one light setup available for rent ($20): one Alien Bee 400 and one 86″ PLM umbrella w/diffusion cover

• All bookings must to be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Guests may cancel their booking until 10 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price.
  Guests may cancel their booking between 10 days and 72 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their booking price or at your request, or you can receive a credit to be used for a WEEKDAY booking.
  Booking cancellations submitted less than 72 hours before the start time are not refundable. However, at your request, you can receive a credit to be used for a WEEKDAY booking.

• Pets are not permitted in the studio without expressed permission by the studio manager.

• Session props such as plants, vases, chairs, boxes, clothing rack, mirrors, and seasonal installations are all included with your room rental fee.
• Reflectors, backdrop stands, extension cords, or wardrobe steamers are available at no charge, please ask us if you need any of these prior to your booking date as they are first come, first serve.

Loft 18 offers free WiFi to all guests. The username and password is provided inside the studio.

• Public parking is free and can be found all along Main Street or at the mortuary directly behind our building.
